2. How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund within your 7-day window, send an email to our support team:

    • Full name and the email address used during checkout.
    • Your order or transaction ID.

3. Processing & Reimbursements

  • Processing Window: We review and process valid refund requests within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds are credited directly back to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or card provider).
  • Posting Time: Once processed, banks and card issuers typically take 3 to 7 business days to display the returned funds in your account.

4. Revocation of Digital License

  • Termination of Rights: Upon completion of a refund, the single-user commercial license issued with your purchase is instantly revoked.
  • Deletion Requirement: You agree to immediately and permanently delete all copies of the downloaded .xlsx files, documentation PDFs, and related financial model assets from your devices, cloud drives, and backups.
